Simply place your request for your custom 24/7 Online Store, and shortly you will have a site with our top selling Prosphere designs, with your colors and graphics, to share and start selling.
Can my customers see my dealer pricing?
Your customers can not view your dealer pricing. Pricing on the site is MSRP. During the store request form process you will see our MSRP and be able to change it as you like.
How are orders placed?
With our new ecommerce enabled 24/7 online stores shoppers will place orders themselves with their credit card and you will be notified when the order is placed via email.
Shoppers select their shipping speed and pay for shipping during checkoug. They will also pay for sales tax if the order is shipping to California.
Once we receive the order from the 24/7 online store we will start manufacturing the product immediately and ship it to the address your customer specified on their order.
All you have to do is wait for your check to arrive at the end of the quarter.
How will I know when someone places an order on a 24/7 Online Store?
When an order is placed, we will copy you on the order confirmation email (which will have details on who purchased, what was purchased, and the order's financials).
When will I get paid?
You will be paid quarterly via check. Dealers with proceeds greater than $1,000 per month may qualify for more frequent payments.
How long does a 24/7 online store remain active?
Our 24/7 Online Stores remain open, and in active status, for 12 months from the date of the latest purchase made from the team store.
If no orders are placed for 12 months, the store is deactivated and permanently deleted. You are able to create a new 24/7 Online Store at any time.
Does Founder Sport Group / ProSphere work directly with my customers?
Founder Sport Group / ProSphere does not work directly with your customers. We will not solicit any of your customers that use the site, as they are your customers.
What methods are used to personalize ProSphere 24/7 Online Store Products?
We use full sublimation. Sublimation is a manufacturing process where the entire design of the jersey is directly infused into the fabric. Not just on the surface like other decorating methods (e.g. screen printing). Everything from the colors of the jersey, graphics, text become part of the fabric. Finally, the fabric panels are sewn together to create the finished jersey resulting in a high quality finished garment.
What payment methods does the site accept?
The site allows for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
My graphic doesn't meet the requirements, can you fix it?
If your image doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll try to fix it (if we can within a few minutes). If your graphic requires major work, we will contact you to discuss options (such as fixing your graphic for a $25 fee, receiving a different graphic, etc.).
I'm having technical problems! What can I do?
There are a few very basic things you can do that will solve almost every error message, slow computer and compatibility issues you may have (and not just on prospherebyteamwork/fsr -- these steps will help on many e-commerce sites). Try these steps if you have technical challenges. - Use the latest version of your browser. Internet Explorer and Firefox are recommended. Using out of date versions of a browser can cause complications. However, you probably don't want to use a beta version either-- the trial, unreleased version of a new browser is usually pretty buggy. Wait until the full version is out and then upgrade.
- Clear your cache! Especially on a slow connection, or if you leave the page open for awhile, the cached information from the site can slow you down. Or, if there was an error earlier, the site will often repeat the same error.
- Here are a couple more tips to speed up your overall browsing: Adjust your security settings, the computer's default settings will work. A higher security setting will block some of the functionality on our site. Add us to your trusted site list, too.
- Restart the computer - sometimes the computer just needs a minute. If the computer is overheated or has too much going on, it will appear to drag down our site. Reboot and start fresh.
Can my customer cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, we can cancel the order completely, as long as we haven't started manufacturing it. Please contact us at 1-800-333-6063 immediately if you need to cancel an order for your customer.

What is your return policy?
ProSphere 24/7 Online Store pieces are custom made for each user. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been ordered through our website.
However, if the product is defective, Founder Sport Group reserves the right to examine merchandise ordered to determine if it is defective due to materials or workmanship. Founder Sport Group will repair garments when possible, or replace at our option, any garment defective due to materials or workmanship.
